Who operates Jelly Calls?

Jelly Calls is built and operated by Parrot Mobile, LLC, a US-based telecommunications company. Parrot Mobile runs its own prepaid mobile carrier service and voice infrastructure, including the SIP, WebRTC, and carrier interconnects that power Jelly Calls.

The same network that handles Parrot Mobile's domestic voice service routes Jelly Calls' international calls, giving you carrier-grade reliability without carrier-grade pricing.

Why we are now Jelly Calls

This service launched as Calls.app and is now Jelly Calls. Jelly is the family name Parrot Mobile uses for its travel and international products, alongside Jelly eSIM (opens in a new tab). Grouping them under one name makes it clear they come from the same company. 🪼

Nothing else changed. The website is still at calls.app, your account, credits, call history, and caller ID settings are untouched, rates are the same, and you sign in exactly as before. There is nothing you need to do.
