Can clients call me back on the number I showed?
Calls.app is currently outbound-only. Clients see your caller ID but cannot call you back through Calls.app. They can call your regular phone number.
Can I show my business number as caller ID?
Yes. You can verify and set any phone number you own as your outgoing caller ID. Clients see your business number, not an unknown VoIP number.
Is there a monthly minimum or contract?
No. There is no monthly minimum, no subscription, and no contract. You add credit and use it whenever you need to. Credits never expire.
Can I use Calls.app for conference calls?
Calls.app supports one-to-one calls. For multi-party calls, you would dial each participant separately. Dedicated conference bridge features are on the roadmap.
